JEAN-PIERRE GILLET
Jean-Pierre is a classically trained French chef with over 30 years of culinary experience. Born in Orleans, South of Paris, Jean-Pierre spent his early years living and working in the family bakery. Later training classically as a French chef working near Saint Malo, Brittany. Further into his career, Jean-Pierre has worked as a chef in Normandie, The Alps and Paris, to count just a few. Finally returning to the family bakery making breads, pastries, specialities and biscuits (in the part of Brittany where these treats are famous!), before coming to work in the UK.
